Based on this philosophy, the High-Performance Training Programmes at ABTP are curated keeping the assessment to treatment approach in mind. With varying sports, the physical strength requirements to play them also vary significantly. Therefore, any athlete who comes in for training is first assessed on the basis of physical aspects required for the sport using Italian devices incorporated in all our centres. After close examination of the assessment reports, our experts curate customized target-oriented training programmes which include strength and conditioning exercise programmes, sport-oriented periodization programmes, etc. all targeted to deliver performance excellence!
